VTC-Food Safety tests are second generation lateral flow tests utilizing magnetic nanotechnology that makes them more sensitive than the current gold standard ELISA laboratory tests and in some cases has been shown to be comparable to PCR technology. This improved sensitivity can detect very low concentrations of bacteria in test samples, which greatly reduces the amount of incubation time required to perform the test.
The VTC-Food Safety tests are superior to any other method of testing that is currently commercially available in the food sector. They provide the following significant advantages:
