VTC's focus is on the food safety production chain, especially during processing in beef, poultry and produce (fruits and vegetables). The flagship product in VTC’s pipeline will be the world’s first same-production-shift test for E.coli O157:H7 (E.coli) for ground beef. Additionally VTC has developed products for Salmonella and Brucella and will develop products for Listeria and Campylobacter.
