Robert J. Iverach was a Founding Partner of Felesky Flynn LLP, a Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta law firm, the practice of which is restricted to matters of taxation law. He retired from Felesky Flynn LLP in 2005. Mr. Iverach received a Masters of Law from the London School of Economics and the honorary distinction of Queen's Counsel in 1990. Mr. Iverach is currently a Director of Fort Chicago Energy Partner LP (TSX), and Trustee of Big Eagle Services Trust (private). He is the Chairman and Director of Ramtelecom Inc. (TSX-V) and an Officer in Basin Energy Inc. (Private). He is also an examiner for the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program. Gregory Melchin was elected to serve three terms as MLA for Calgary North West from March 1997 to March 2008. He was appointed to Cabinet and served as Minister of Revenue from March 2001 - November 2004, as Minister of Energy from November 2004 - December 2006 and as Minister of Seniors and Community Supports from December 2006 - March 2008. Bernard Boyer is the Director of VTC’s European subsidiary, Vacci-Test Europe ("VTE"). Mr. Boyer has 25 years in the pharmaceutical biotech industry and holds a PhD in Pharmacy, a degree in Industrial Pharmacy and a Masters Degree in International Business and Marketing. Mr. Boyer's experience includes building multinational distribution networks for what is now called Sanofi Pasteur. Bernard is a co-founder and associate director of Parteurop Development, which structures partnerships between biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
