His impressive background experience also includes a distinguished 40-year career in the health sciences industry. Mr. Buxton served as President of Roussel of Canada Inc. for 21 years and President & CEO of Hoechst-Roussel Canada from 1992 to 1994; and former President & CEO and Chairman of Labopharm Inc.

Alexander (Sandy) MacPherson of Denver, Colorado, USA brings to Vacci-Test 25 years of experience in global marketing including new product development, financial planning and operations in both the consumer products and health care industries. His impressive career in the health services industry spanning over fifteen years, included Senior Vice-President of Marketing & Global New Products as well as Senior Vice-President & General Manager of the U.S. division for MEAD JOHNSON Nutritionals. His background and experience will add significant value to the project especially with entry of the Vacci-Test products into the important United States market.

Dr. Richard Flanagan, EOC – Chief Scientific Officer, Director -
Dr. Richard Flanagan's professional career spans over 25 years as an experienced executive in the management of complex high tech pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Flanagan was involved in the founding and leading the development of Draximage Inc. from 1997 to 2005, a member of the Draxis Health group of companies (NASDAQ:DRAX, TSX:DAX). Draximage is a radiopharmaceutical company, which was previously a subsidiary of Merck Frosst; Canada's leading pharmaceutical company. Dr. Flanagan was also a Director, R&D from 1990 to 1997 and a Senior Research Scientist from 1981 to 1987 for Merck Frosst Radiopharmaceuticals.

Mr. Hogan has held several senior management positions at the Chairman, CEO and President levels for numerous companies. Charlie Mayer brings to Vacci-Test an outstanding and distinguished political background with the Canadian Government as a Member of Parliament with portfolio appointments, which include Minister of Western Economic Diversification; Minister of State - Grains & Oilseeds; Minister of State - Canadian Wheat Board; and Minister of Agriculture. Mr. Mayer was inducted into the prestigious Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame in November 2005. Mr. Mayer is currently active as Chairman of Agronix Inc.; a Director of CARE Canada; and a former Director of Canada Bread Company Limited.

Kim McConnell is a founder and former CEO of AdFarm, a major marketing/ advertising/communications firm with clients throughout North America. In addition to numerous creative and marketing awards, AdFarm has been recognized for the past 3 years as one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies" and by Canadian Business magazine in 2006 & 2007 as one of the Best Places to Work in Canada. Mr. McConnell is also the recipient of several national business awards including finalist for the 2006 and 2007 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" (Prairie Region); and the 2005 KPMG "Quantum Shift Award". Kim provides volunteer leadership with many organizations including the Calgary Stampede, Salvation Army, and National Agri-Marketing Association. Gregory K. Melchin, Director -
Gregory K. Melchin was a member of the Leglistive Assembly of Alberta from 1997 to March 2008. He was Minister of Energy in the Alberta Government from 2004 to 2006 and Minister of Revenue from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Melchin holds a Batchelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institiute of Chartered Accountants of Albera. Prior to being elected to the Alberta Legislative Assembly he was involved in the Calgary business community for twenty years.
